Here are some examples of items we can design:

  1. Leaflets (Flyers)
  2. Brochures
  3. Newsletters

  5. Business Stationery, such as:
    • Business Cards
    • With Compliments Slips
    • Letterheads
    • Envelopes
    • Presentation Folders
  6. Stickers
  7. Posters
  8. Custom Sizes
  9. Personalized Note Pads

Some questions that you, the customer, will need to consider in the designing of your marketing material:

  • Which distribution areas would you like your flyers to be handed out to? This will determine the number of flyers required and the subsequent costs involved.
  • Would you like a single or double-sided flyer?
  • Is the flyer going to consist of 1, 2 or full colours?
  • What paper thickness would you prefer – 80gsm bond, 128gsm gloss or 150gsm gloss?
  • Would you prefer your flyer to be printed on coloured paper?
  • Which paper size option would be most cost effective & appropriate for your type of business – i.e. A3, A4, A5, A6 or DL?
  • Would you require folding (for menus) from an A4 to a DL size, or from an A4 to an A5 (small booklet) size?

As you can see from the above information, a fair amount of planning and organizing is required in designing the layout of the artwork for your flyer. Should you decide that you would like HFD to assist you with the designing process, here is the simple 4-step process that we provide for our customers:

Step 1: First, we get as much information from you as possible with regards to the above questions. This gives us a better idea of and an understanding of your marketing campaign.

Step 2: We then get our Graphic Designer to come up with a concept that best suits what your business is trying to offer in the most eye-catching, consumer-friendly way.

Step 3: We will then email you these proofs, allowing you the opportunity to make any necessary changes / adjustments, if needed, until you are satisfied with the final design.

Step 4: As soon as you are happy with the final artwork, we will organize for it to be printed and distributed for you.
