Hi-Fliers Distribution has a very unique fully automated Auditing system where ever delivery is monitored and reported back to the management team to ensure that all of our walkers are delivering your fliers in the appropriate manner and as instructed by us.
How does this work??
The Audit system is based on a email structure where all of our Auditors are independent and have no contact with our walkers or supervisors the only persons that have contact with the auditors are the Operations Manager and the Director.
The Auditors are notified of what advertising material is being delivered into their areas and then the Auditors reply back with what they actually received in their letterbox (answering 5 simple questions)
This Unique system allows us to track and increase the performance of our walkers and increase the quality of service to you the customer.
